1. Program Description

By submitting your phone number through any MedixStaff form or by replying to one of our messages, you consent to receive recurring text messages from MedixStaff regarding your inquiry, qualification, scheduling, onboarding, customer service, account servicing, and related transactional and marketing communications. Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice or text.

2. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may decline to receive marketing texts and still inquire about or use our services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive messages in response to scheduled events, your inquiry status, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional marketing communications.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. MedixStaff does not charge a fee for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can stop receiving text messages from MedixStaff at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive additional marketing texts. You may continue to receive transactional or service-related messages required to complete an active matter.

7. Supported Carriers

The MedixStaff SMS program is generally supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information you submit will not be shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

9. TCPA Compliance

MedixStaff complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state telemarketing laws. By providing your number, you certify that you are the subscriber to the wireless number you provide or are authorized by the subscriber to provide it.

10. Changes

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance.
